	Principal owner of Ray Insurance, Joe has more than 40 years of insurance experience concentrating in property and casualty insurance for all types of business. An active participant in professional insurance associations, Joe has served in numerous positions, including President of the Ohio Independent Insurance Agents serving several hundred agencies across the state. Joe is a graduate of Ohio State University.

	Joe IV joined Ray Insurance in 1995 and became President in 2009. Joe is responsible for personal and commercial production and works with a variety of clients including small & medium business, professional liability and high-value homeowner insurance packages. Joe is a graduate of Ohio University and lives in Upper Arlington with his wife, Kristin, and their four children.

	David graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2004 and joined the agency in 2005. Currently David manages the personal lines for the agency and is an expert in both personal and commercial insurance. David is an active member in the Hilliard Leadership Program, Columbus Young Professionals, and the Big I Young Agents. David lives with his wife and daughter in Hilliard.

	Fred joined our firm in 2006 by merging his agency C&I Insurance of Worthington with the Ray Agency. Fred brings more than 20 years of insurance experience and specializes in Health Insurance and Employee Benefits. An Ohio State grad, Fred lives with his wife and two children in Worthington.

	Matt joined Ray Insurance in 2000 and specializes in both personal and commercial insurance.  He takes pride in working to tailor specialized programs to fit each clients specific insurance needs.  Matt is a Past President of the Upper Arlington Leadership Program, and is actively involved in the Tri-Village Mentor League and the Tri-Village Rotary.  He lives in Upper Arlington with his wife and three sons.

	Chris joined Ray Insurance in 2010 and specializes in Personal & Commercial lines. Previously with Farmers Insurance Group, Chris is dedicated to the particular needs of this clients, and he enjoys providing specialized and cost effective insurance packages. He is active in the Tri-Village Rotary, and the Upper Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Chris graduated from University of California Santa Barbara in 1998 and lives in Upper Arlington with his Wife Susan.
